In short: you have 30 daysfrom delivery to return any lamp for a full refund. Unused, in its original packaging — that's it.
If your lamp isn't right for your space, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. The 30-day window starts on the day your tracking shows the parcel as delivered.

It's fine to have plugged the lamp in to see the light — that's how lamps should be judged. "Unused" means not installed, mounted, modified or damaged.
If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. In these cases we'll cover everything: your choice of a free replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping cost to you.
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the lamp you'd like instead. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll do our best to arrange it.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover all return costs.
