In short: every order ships within 7 days of purchase and is delivered by UPS 2-Day service. Shipping is a flat $14.99 on all orders in the United States.
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of the order being placed. Most orders ship sooner; 7 days is the maximum you should expect between checkout and dispatch.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your lamp to your door.
Shipping is a flat rate of $14.99 per order, anywhere in the United States, delivered via UPS 2-Day service. One flat fee covers your entire order regardless of how many lamps you buy, and the full cost is shown at checkout — no surprises.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not yet offer international shipping. Delivery to P.O. boxes may not be available for larger items such as floor lamps; if your address presents an issue, we will contact you before dispatch.
After dispatch, your order travels via UPS 2-Dayservice and typically arrives two business days after it ships. Your tracking link will show UPS's live estimate. Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed; delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control can occasionally occur.
If you order more than one lamp, items may occasionally ship separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment, and you pay only one flat $14.99 shipping fee per order — never extra for split deliveries.
