1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Prosperity Lane LLC, doing business as Prosperity Shoppe. They govern your use of the Prosperity Shoppe website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

Prosperity Shoppe is an online retailer of home lighting products operated by Prosperity Lane LLC("Prosperity Shoppe," "we," "us"). 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state) and capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from the Site.

4. Products and pricing

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
• We make every effort to display product colors, materials and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur, particularly in handcrafted or natural-material pieces.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or descriptive errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before shipping and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
• Payment is collected at checkout through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy (orders ship within 7 days), and returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (30-day return window). Both policies form part of these Terms.

7. Product use and safety

• Our lamps are intended for ordinary residential use. Follow the instructions supplied with each product, use only the recommended bulb type and wattage, and have hardwired fixtures installed by a qualified electrician where required by local code.
• Only products described as outdoor-rated should be used outdoors.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, product names, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to Prosperity Shoppe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

9. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, other than those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prosperity Lane LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Prosperity Lane LLC harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Prosperity Lane LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
